A booking is confirmed once a 50% deposit has been received. Dates are not held or reserved until the deposit has cleared.

If the booking is made within 14 days of the event date, full payment is required upfront to confirm the booking.

The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment can be made by bank transfer or the payment link provided at booking. Cash payments should be agreed in advance.

Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event may be moved to a new date, subject to availability, at no extra charge.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable in full.

In the rare event that we need to cancel or amend a booking due to circumstances outside our control (including equipment failure, illness, or severe weather), we will offer an alternative date or a full refund of any payments made.

Deliveries are typically made within the agreed time window on the day of the event. Please ensure clear access to the setup area.

Additional time required for difficult access, stairs, or long carry distances may incur an extra charge, agreed in advance.

The client is responsible for ensuring the setup area meets the following requirements before arrival:

• The area is level, clean, and clear of sharp objects, animal mess, and overhanging branches
• A mains power supply within reasonable reach of the setup area is available for inflatables and food machines
• A steady, sturdy table must be provided for food machine setups

If a site visit is needed to confirm suitability, this will be arranged in advance.

For outdoor inflatables and equipment, hire may be cancelled or equipment removed from use if wind speeds exceed manufacturer safety guidelines (typically 24mph), or in the event of heavy rain, storms, or lightning.

Where possible, we will discuss moving equipment indoors or under cover. If we cancel due to weather before delivery, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

All equipment must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times during use. The following rules apply:

• Users must remove shoes, glasses, and sharp jewellery before using inflatables and soft play equipment
• Food, drink, party poppers, silly string, and pets are not permitted on or near inflatable equipment
• Maximum user numbers, age ranges, and weight limits stated for each item must be followed at all times
• No rough or boisterous play, no climbing on the walls or sides of inflatables
• No food, shoes, or sharp objects are permitted on or inside inflatable equipment at any time

The client is responsible for the equipment from delivery until collection and will be liable for the cost of repair or replacement for any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow safety instructions. Fair wear and tear is excluded.

A cleaning fee will apply if equipment is returned excessively dirty beyond normal use. We recommend a responsible adult is designated to oversee equipment use throughout the event.

NxtChapter Events holds public liability insurance. All inflatables are fully insured. Equipment suitability and operating limits will be confirmed before booking and must comply with the manufacturer's instructions and current safety standards. Safety certificates are available on request where applicable.

We may take photos or videos at your event for our marketing and social media, unless you tell us in advance that you'd prefer we don't.

Any images used will not include identifiable images of children without parental consent.

Neither party is liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including extreme weather, illness, accidents, or other events beyond our control.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

We collect and store the personal information you provide when booking, such as your name, contact details, address, and payment information, solely to manage your booking and provide our service.

Your details are not sold or shared with third parties beyond what is needed to process payment or deliver your booking. Data is retained only as long as necessary for booking and accounting records.

You can request access to, or deletion of, your data at any time by contacting us directly.
