Our inflatables are fully insured. Equipment suitability and operating limits will be confirmed before booking and must comply with the manufacturer's instructions and current safety standards. Safety certificates are available on request where applicable.
Space Requirements
Exact space requirements depend on the specific castle model. We will confirm the required footprint, clearance, and ceiling height when you enquire. The setup area must be clear of sharp objects, furniture, and overhead hazards.
Power Supply
Bouncy castle blowers require a continuous mains power supply. We carry extension leads but cannot run cables across public walkways. Power requirements will be confirmed before booking.
Outdoor Use & Weather
Inflatables must not be used in winds exceeding 24 mph or in heavy rain, as required by HSE guidance for inflatable play equipment. Manufacturer restrictions may specify a lower wind speed limit — the applicable limit will be confirmed before booking. Wind conditions must be monitored using an anemometer during outdoor use. We reserve the right to cancel or delay setup if conditions are unsafe. Equipment operating limits must comply with the manufacturer's instructions.
Age, Weight & Supervision
Age limits, maximum user weight, and simultaneous user capacity vary by model and will be confirmed before booking. Adults must not use inflatables unless specifically agreed in advance. A nominated responsible adult must supervise users at all times — this is a mandatory safety requirement, not a recommendation.
