Safety & Venue Requirements
What You Need to Know
Age-Appropriate Design
Our soft play equipment is designed for young children. All pieces are padded and age-appropriate. Exact age suitability and recommended age range will be confirmed before booking. Older children may enjoy our bouncy castle or balloon globe instead.
Hygiene & Cleaning
All soft play pieces are cleaned before every hire. We inspect each piece for wear and tear before setup. Cleaning products and procedures will be confirmed on request.
Space Requirements
Exact space requirements depend on the specific soft play set selected. We will confirm the required area when you enquire. Indoor setups on carpet or clean flooring are ideal; outdoor setups require a dry, level surface.
Supervision
A nominated responsible adult must supervise children at all times during use. Our team will carry out a safety check on arrival and brief the supervising adult.
